1. About the Platform

Growth School Career Hub is an invite-only placement platform operated by Growth School. Access to the platform and its services is granted at the sole discretion of our admin team after a screening process.

2. Eligibility

By submitting a screening request, you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate and truthful
• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are legally eligible to work in India
• Your resume and credentials are genuine

3. No Guarantee of Placement

Submitting a profile does not guarantee approval, access to the dashboard, or placement. Growth School Career Hub operates on a curated, admin-discretionary model. We facilitate connections between candidates and hiring partners but do not guarantee employment outcomes.

4. Profile Approval

Profile approval is at the sole discretion of our admin team. We reserve the right to reject, revoke, or suspend access to any profile without providing a reason.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Upload malicious files or content
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and design on this platform is the property of Growth School. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Growth School Career Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
